Pressed duck breast and foie gras with apricots marinated in Trouspinette
Tuna tataki, toasted sesame and citrus vinaigrette, small salad

Rostead sea bass fillet, white butter sauce, rice, seasonal vegetables
Organic French sirloin steak, pan-seared, foie gras sauce, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Monkfish duo wrapped in nori seaweed with roasted king prawn, light curry cream, rice, seasonal vegetables
Sliced French duck breast, three peppers sauce with a hint of salted butter caramel, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables

White chocolate tartlet, seasonal strawberries and pistachio pieces
