Excellent
Non-compliant reservation and inflexible service
I had booked a family room through the hotel's official website, including breakfast. To my surprise, I never received confirmation or details regarding the reservation, despite several checks in my inboxes and spam folders.
We were unable to arrive on the scheduled date, which we understand was at our expense. However, upon arrival the next day, we were assigned a connecting room, which was not our initial choice. No change was possible, even though a family room was available, and the hotel remained inflexible despite our request.
The room also had a strong odor of drains, making the stay very uncomfortable.
I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the reservation, the lack of communication upfront, and the refusal to offer a simple solution despite availability. I hope improvements will be made to better welcome and support guests in the future. You asked me how my stay went, and I replied, "It's okay," not really wanting to elaborate on it after being forced to stay on a reservation that didn't suit us at all. Why follow up with the same old story? Anyway... after the completely uncomfortable night, I admit I didn't want to explain it again. Review your online reservation system and be a little less strict, that would be great.
I won't be returning to this hotel. It's a shame, the place is nice and pleasant.

Spacious and bright room, relatively clean, very standard breakfast, nothing more.
